IW700 Liquid Adhesive
IW700 liquid adhesive is the first essential part of the corrosion prevention layer. It is highly compatible with the butyl rubber adhesive of the inner wrap tape layer that provides a smooth uniform coating surface. It can be applied using the following methods: brush, rollers, spray etc. Available in 4 liter, 20 liter cans and 200 liter drums. IW700 is designed to be used on any properly prepared pipe surface.
IW730 Inner Wrap Tape
IW730 is a genuine co-extruded cold applied inner wrap tape consisting of polyethylene backing and butyl rubber adhesive. It is formulated to work in conjunction with IW700 liquid adhesive and designed for 2nd corrosion prevention layer. IW730 can be used on mainline or field joint wrapping either by hand or portable/heavy machine application.
IW740 Outer Wrap Tape
IW740 outer wrap tape is a genuine extruded cold applied tape consisting of polyethylene backing and butyl rubber adhesive. It is mainly used for any possible external mechanical impact and protects inner wrap tape layer which is designed for long-term corrosion prevention. All IW740 outer wrap tapes are UV resistance.
IW710 Joint Wrap Tape
Innowrap IW710 joint tape is designed to be easily hand-wrapped on various pipe fittings (field joints, elbows, tees, valves, etc.). It acts as an anti-corrosion protection like the IW730 inner wrap tape and can also be used for mechanical and UV protection. It can be used alone without an outer tape depending on the job requirements. It comply with AWWA C209 & DIN EN 12068 B-30.

IW750/740EN C50 3Ply System
Innowrap 750/740EN C50 is Innochem’s 3-ply cold-applied tape coating system. It is generally used for extremely corrosive environments where high mechanical protection is essentially required. Its 3-ply inner tape is composed of co-extruded butyl rubber adhesive on both sides, and a polyethylene backing is placed in the middle. This unique composition makes significant differences compared to conventional inner wrap tape results with outstanding bonding onto primed surface, overlapped tape layers (amalgamation), and outer wrap tape layers.
